Return & Exchange Policy

All products sold by Renew Hair Care are non-refundable. However, exchanges will be accepted under the following circumstances: • Incorrect item received • Items severely damaged during delivery • Serious product defects (e.g., leakage, mold, contamination) Exchange Request Conditions: • You must contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide video evidence of the issue. • Products must be in brand new, unused condition with original packaging intact. • Exchanges will not be accepted for subjective reasons such as personal preferences, scent dislike, or unsatisfactory effects. • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer first; if the issue is confirmed to be our fault (e.g., wrong item sent), the shipping cost will be reimbursed after the exchange. • Renew Hair Care reserves the right to make the final decision on whether an exchange will be granted.
